I’ve used a few exterminators since moving back to PA, Ted’s my guy now. Home and Business. 5 Stars.

Ted is a good guy! And he runs a tight ship! Imperial is the way to go and always knows how to keep the customer happy

We have box elders and lady bugs. Ted came out and sprayed about 2 weeks ago. The box elders seem to have disappeared but we still have lots of lady bugs. We will call again this week if it doesn’t get better and hopefully Ted will come out and try again.

I am writing this review on behalf of my brother who is 73 years old. He lives in an apartment complex in Daytona Beach, FL. As you can imagine, when living in an apartment complex you deal with other people’s bugs. The management of the apartment complex sends out a pest control person 4 times a year to spray. Most of the time my brother tells me how unfriendly and uninterested they are with any problems. Well, this quarter, the management sent someone from Imperial Pest Control. His name was Travis Foley. My brother raved about him. He is a younger guy but knew his stuff. He was very patient with my brother and answered alot of my brother’s questions. I highly recommend this company for your pest concerns. Thank you Imperial Pest Control.

I was dealing with an ongoing and annoying issue of dead flies in my basement that the previous exterminator (a LARGE corporate brand) told me there was nothing they could do about it and offered me no solutions. So I lived with it and simply avoided the basement and vacuumed them up. This spring – MAJORLY FREAKED OUT when I went outside on a warm, sunny day and the side of my house in the area of the basement where I kept finding them dead was swarmed with flies – from roof to siding, gutters, decking. Called Ted and he took lots of time assuring me that he could address the situation, even it if was with trail and error but that we had to identify the fly. He was out the next day and identified the fly and began looking for the source of their breeding habitat (yuck). He sprayed the area down and then followed up the next day, as well. We discussed possibly cleaning my VERY old gutters that were likely clogged with wet debris that attracted them. (I REPLACED the gutters within a week!) Ted offered to come back (free of charge) if the flies return but so far, so good. I’m just so thankful!!! I would highly recommend OVER the “big name” guys who did NOTHING for me.
